Jeff Chapski has coached and mentored hundreds of college students and recent graduates as they started their first jobs and launched their careers. Recalling the important skills and lessons he learned early in his own career, Jeff started writing a blog at Career-ology.com to help new professionals succeed at work.

Jeff’s first book, Career-ology: The Art and Science of a Successful Career, is based on his twenty-year career working with Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups in the financial services, consulting, and software sectors including J.P. Morgan, Arthur Andersen, Bank of Tokyo, Chase Bank, Oracle Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, GE Capital, and TradeOut.com.

Jeff earned a degree in Finance from Georgetown University. He served as President of the Georgetown University Alumni Association and a member of the Georgetown University Board of Directors from 2016-2018. He is the founder of the Hoya Gateway program, co-founder of the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Alliance, and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Georgetown University Wall Street Alliance.
